At Infa Group, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your Infa Group account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact, and include the provided return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
